Terms and Conditions


Automotive Body Repairs Ltd offers vehicle body repair, including bumper scuffs, vandal scratches, minor collision repair and machine polishing, 


Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of repairs. We accept bank transfers. Late payment charges of 5% per day may apply for outstanding payments after the invoiced due date. If a third party is responsible for payment then payment will need to be made before any repairs are carried out .

Booking Fee

We have a non refundable 15% booking fee for non account customers made payable at time of booking the vehicle in for repair. This will be deducted from the total cost of the job once the repair has been carried out.

Account customers

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice being issued. Failure to settle accounts may result in incurring interest and suspension of account privileges without further notice. If there are any issues with an invoice, please inform us within 7 days of its issuance.


Retail customer paintwork repairs are provided with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Trade/Account customers come with a 6 month warranty unless otherwise stated. If at any point during the warranty period, you become aware of an issue then, Automotive Body Repairs Ltd will have the opportunity to rectify the issue. If you choose not to use Automotive Body Repairs Ltd then all work becomes void of warranty and any claims against Automotive Body Repairs Ltd Including costs associated is waived by the customer.


We work with major insurance companies, but it is the customer's responsibility to confirm coverage for desired services.

Estimated Time of Completion

We provide estimated completion times, however these may change due to repair extent and other factors beyond our control for example very poor weather conditions such as high winds or heavy rain.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided and we will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages from using our services.

Wheel Refurbishment

Please check wheel nuts after driving 25 miles if wheel refurbishment has taken place.

Radar Sensors & Recalibration

In rare cases, radar sensor recalibration may be required after repairs. The customer is responsible for arranging this with a main dealer or specialist. Automotive Body Repairs Ltd will not be held responsible for any faults with any radar equipment on the repaired vehicle.

New Parts

If new parts are required for a vehicle repair these must be paid upfront by the customer at the time of booking and are non refundable.

Washing Repaired Areas

Please wait 72 hours before washing any repaired areas on the vehicle.

Rescheduling of job 

In very rare occurrences Automotive Body Repairs Ltd may have to change the scheduled booking date, this maybe due to extremely bad weather such as high winds or heavy rain.

Lease Returns

Although Automotive Body Repairs Ltd strive for a very high quality repair, repairs are not guaranteed to satisfy any third party or lease return inspection. 

Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the UK.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
